BATES TWO-PIECE SUITS

Bates custom two-piece race suits are the favorite choice of America's top drag race, dirt track and Kart racers (special versions are also available for snowmobilers). An optional sewn-on waistband hides and helps protect the waist zipper. The hidden waist zipper also allows the jacket to be removed, for riding back to the pit area, or for casual riding.

All custom race suits come standard with the following equipment:

• top grain leather
• top-stitched seams with nylon thread where possible (nylon used to prevent rotting)
• extra leather in the seat 
• full padding: extra leather and hi-density closed cell foam in the shoulders, elbows/forearms, hips and knees
